I would like to reiterate here that I am a custom shop. I make all orders as they come in. For the most part my company is a one man operation.

At most times I have a pretty heavy work load and am trying to keep over sixty or more customers happy at once with both quality service and the fastest turnaround time I can. My turnaround time is a very flexible scenario. Although I do have it posted here on the site there are occasions where I may run late on jobs due to circumstances beyond my control. If this happens to you with your order then I sincerely apologize.

At this time I am extremely busy so I may not be able to take your calls right away or respond to your email questions right away. I do feel most questions are answered on the site so at times I may respond with a simple link to the information you are looking for.
