Turn Around Time / Lead time: We are a Custom Shop so all orders are made as they come in.

Orders can take up to three weeks to complete. Occasionally this can run a little longer depending on my current work load or other unforeseen circumstances.

If you inquire about the status of your order and if it is still within the three week time frame indicated above and you want something more specific I'm sorry but I cannot give you specifics on exactly when your order will be completed or will ship.

I make every effort to make things within a two week timeline but sometimes orders can take longer depending on various circumstances and my workload during the time your order is placed. During any major Holiday or during the Christmas season you should expect that things will take a little longer.

If you are providing an original or a tracing you should expect two to three weeks for your order to be completed from the time we receive the tracing or original pick guard. You should also expect additional time if you are requesting non standard modifications to any pick guard we offer based on specific dimensions you have provided.

If you are requesting modifications to an existing template or if you are providing us with an image as an example you should be aware that if you send anything other than an image of the exact pick guard in question and you provide dimensions that just don't make sense to me based on what you have provided that it will most likely add additional time to your order.

Be aware that I may not have time to even look at your drawing for at least a week or more. The job will usually ship out shortly after I have had time to review the drawing and draw it up on the computer. I have a large volume of work on my table at all times. I try to make it clear that I am a custom shop and I will do whatever I can to help you complete your project. I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if I feel the provided materials such as tracings or example images and dimensions are not something I feel I can work with. I also reserve the right to cancel the order at any time if it seems we have reached a point of complete misunderstanding of the policies I have in place on this site.

Custom Graphic Pick Guards require a two to three week lead time.
