Truss Rod Covers

Shipping is included with all truss rod cover orders. Shipping is by first class mail unless the truss rod cover is ordered with another item. There is no tracking with first class shipping. If ordered with another item the truss rod cover will ship with the shipping method selected for the other item.

Some of the truss rod covers I offer have been modified in their shape from the original design in order
to accommodate my tooling. I make no claims to be true to the original shape however I do maintain the
proper mounting hole patterns so they will fit your guitar.

If you are looking for the true shape then you may need to contact the manufacturer or another source.

Engraved Truss Rod Covers

Engraved truss rod covers are engraved with a laser engraver so I only engrave on engravers plastics which come primarily with a matte finish.

A New gloss plastic is available if you prefer. These are reverse engraved which means they are engraved on the back side then filled with color which shows through to the front.

You do not feel the texture of the engraving on the gloss plastic as you would on the matte finish plastics.

The gloss black material also comes with a black edge only so in other words it would be a solid black truss rod cover with your engraving on it. This new Gloss black process is $2.50 more than matte finish versions

This is an example of the reverse engraved gloss. As you can see it has black edges and is just a little more subdued in brightness in comparison the the matte black to the right.	This is an example of the matte black with white edges and it is much brighter white in comparison the the gloss black reverse engraved to the left.
The camera angle on these is a little less than straight on to avoid flash burn so you don't see an even edge. The bevel is even although it may not look like it here.
